According to a leaked trailer, which was later confirmed by Sony, it will appear in January remastered version of The Last Of Us Part 2 on PlayStation 5. The new version of this popular post-apocalyptic zombie adventure will be available on the platform precisely January 19, 2024 and will have better loading times, graphics in 4K resolution in Fidelity mode a full integration with the new PS5 DualSense wireless controller. The remastered version was first mentioned by the Insider Gaming server and several leakers on X.

The game will also contain brand new survival mode No Return, which will allow players to choose their own path through a series of random encounters and play as unlockable characters never before seen in the series. Players will be able to too compete with each other in the global leaderboard.

In addition, the remastered version will also include early versions of three new levelswhich were missing from the original game, and also new comments across game scenes from director Neil Druckmann, master storyteller Halley Gross, and actors Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, and Laura Bailey.

This isn’t the first time that a Last of Us trailer has been leaked directly from Sony before an official announcement. The same thing happened last year with The Last of Us Part I remake.
