We also fully map the flow of (Brakel) youth with no fewer than 9 Olsa youth players in the 21-strong core of 2nd National, of which 11 of the 21 players of the year of birth are 2000 or younger and even 1 Olsa youth player of the year 2004 and therefore only 17 years old.
For our 2nd provincial training team, a framework was drawn up with clear core principles in which our own educated youth extend the norms / values and training vision in terms of training intensity, discipline, family anchoring and growth mindset principles from the Olsa youth work into adult football.”
