BEVEGEMSE PONDS: BOMBELBA FESTIVAL
The fourth edition of the folk, rock and family festival Bombelbas will take place on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 September on the festival meadow at the Bevegemse Vijvers (tickets: Friday 15 euros, Saturday 25 euros, combi 30 euros, children -12 years free) . The line-up provides the following performances: on Friday September 2nd from 7 to 8 pm Beau4, 8.45 pm to 10 pm The Wolf Banes, 10.45 pm to midnight Black Tartans and then DJ Nazdrovje until 3 am; on Saturday 3 September from 1.45 pm to 2.15 pm the Velzeekse Funfare, 2.45 pm to 3.45 pm Bloom on the Rocks, 4.15 pm to 5.15 pm Djurdjevak, 6 pm to 7 pm The lucky Trolles, 7:45 pm to 8:45 pm Zebras are Timeless, 9:30 pm to 10:45 pm Crooked Stteps, 11:30 pm to 1 am Flip Kowlier and then DJ Bertrand until 3 am. As a result of this music festival, from Friday September 2 at 3 pm to Sunday morning September 4 at 10 am in the Swimming Pool Street and no traffic is allowed in that street (except for the organization).
SINT-MARIA-OUDENHOVE: AUTUMN CONCERTS
On the Sint-Hubertusplein in Sint-Maria-Oudenhove, De Hubertusvrienden are once again organizing (free) Autumn concerts, as well as a (paying) Dance Night. On Friday, September 2, Beal and Boiler are on the bill, on Saturday, September 3, Red Zebra and Daytones (each time at 8 p.m.) and on Sunday, September 4, Mop Orchestra De Bloezers, Nico, Yves Segers and Fox and The Bullocks (from 1 p.m. + barbecue from 11:30 am). The program of the second part of the free concerts is as follows: on Thursday 8 September Urge and Sander Braeckman, on Friday 9 September Devonport, Midnight Gang and Joost De Lange (each time from 8 p.m.) and on Sunday 11 September Camel’s Drop (at 14 hours). In addition, there will also be a Dance Night on Saturday September 10 from 7 pm (tickets in advance 20 euros, at the box office 25 euros) with Remotec, Static, Marko de la Rocca, Sammir, Yuori Parker, Quincy, Olivier Pieters, Dannis and Nebur. Because of these musical events, the Sint-Hubertusplein (completely) from Thursday 1 September at 10 a.m. to Monday 12 September at 4 p.m. parking and traffic free being kept.
