Today, Monday 21 November, new toys were inaugurated on the playground of the Sint-Augustinus Brakel school. It is a climbing and scrambling course made of tree trunks, ropes (bridges) and horizontal bars, with wood chips as a base. It was mayor Stefaan Devleeschouwer who, together with alderman Marc De Pessemier, were allowed to cut the ribbon. Subsequently, the toys were used for the first time by many students.
It is the parent committee – and volunteers who have a lot of merit in this realization.
