Bianca Mei-Roşu and her partner Mia Griesel, representing Germany, became European champions in women’s doubles, after defeating two athletes from Ukraine on Sunday, at the European U21 Table Tennis Championship in Sarajevo.

Bianca Mei-Roşu and Mia Griesel defeated the athletes from Ukraine, Anastasiya Dymytrenko and Veronika Matiunina, score 3-1 (4-11, 14-12, 11-8, 11-4).
According to the Romanian Table Tennis Federation, the two formed the successful pair that always had the last word, especially in the decisive sets of the eighths and quarters, and the release came in the semifinals and the final of the event, which were won categorically, both with 3-1.
“At only 16 years old, Bianca Mei-Roşu made us proud again at the international level, this time with a shiny trophy”, notes the federation.
