In accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance no. March 8/9, 2023 regarding the procedure for renting the beach areas with tourist destination of the Black Sea for the summer seasons 2023-2024, the “Romanian Waters” National Administration is currently in the legal term for carrying out the opening and evaluation procedures of offers.
Thus, considering the fact that the opening of bids took place between April 4-6, 2023, the bid evaluation commissions carry out their activity between April 4-14, 2023 (inclusive).
Later, according to the law, “the contracting authority has the obligation to transmit for publication, through the same means of communication or information (…), an announcement of the award of the contract, within 5 calendar days from the completion of the award procedure”.
Thus, upon completion of the procedure, the contracting authority, namely the “Romanian Waters” National Administration, will announce the results including on the institution’s website www.rowater.ro.
