Section 1 of the new school building, with a P+2E height regime, which will include the administrative and medical spaces, is 100% completed on the structural and masonry side. The electrical, fire and sanitary installations, in a proportion of 95%, and the thermal ones in a percentage of 100%. The architectural part is executed in a proportion of 95%, the exterior and interior carpentry are fully assembled, the PVC carpet is 100% completed, the thermosystem has a degree of completion of 85%, including the ventilated facade with HPL plates.
Regarding the section 2 with height regime S+P+3E, in which 32 classrooms, laboratories and therapy offices, adjacent spaces and sanitary groups will operate, it is 100% concrete on the structural side and masonry. The electrical and fire installations are almost completed, the physical stage being 90%, the sanitary ones at 90%, and the thermal ones at 80%. The architectural part is materialized in proportion to 90% and the exterior and interior carpentry are mounted in percentage of 95%. The thermosystem is fully realized, and the facade is ventilated with HPL plates in a proportion of 95%. For the equipment part, the installation of the elevator, solar panels, solar installation pumping module, solar automation panel, hydrocarbon separator, boilers, expansion vessels are carried out.
The third section, consisting of S+P+1E and composed of the food block – kitchen and dining room, as well as spaces for sports activities, physical therapy, is made 100% on the structure and masonry side. The electrical and fire installations are 95% completed, the sanitary ones in 90% proportion. The architectural part is executed in a proportion of 90% with interior plasters, smooth and washable, the exterior and interior carpentry have been completely assembled, the thermal system and the ventilated facade with HPL plates, fully realized.
The new headquarters of the educational unit will also have a sensory garden located on the roof, a special space for hydrotherapy, as well as the setting up of a playground and outdoor activities.
“We are closely monitoring the progress of the works on this investment objective, so that the students and teaching staff can carry out their work in an ultra-modern building, in the shortest possible time. Once this project is completed, Cluj will become a benchmark in the field of special educational infrastructure, the school unit thus benefiting from unique facilities at the national level”, said Alin Tişe, president of the Cluj County Council.
The value of the works is 16,014,904.54 lei without VAT.
