The owner of Twitter believes that “everything is propaganda”, so he lets the Russian do what he wants.
The American entrepreneur who owns Twitter, Elon Musk, refused to delete the tweet of the deputy chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, according to which “Ukraine will disappear because nobody needs it”.
“All news is propaganda, to some extent. We let people make their own decisions,” Musk reasoned in a response to those on the social network who asked him to delete Medvedev’s statement.
Musk, who supports Ukraine’s front-line communications through its satellites, previously referred to the senior Russian official’s claims about Ukraine as “the most absurd predictions I’ve ever heard.”
