The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued, on Monday, a Code Yellow warning of quantitatively significant rains and wind intensifications for areas of Dobrogea and south-eastern Muntenia, respectively the counties of Constanţa, Tulcea, Ialomiţa and Călăraşi.

According to ANM, in Dobrogea and the south-east of Muntenia there will be rains that will also have a downpour character and, especially through accumulation, water quantities will exceed 25…30 l/m2 and isolated 40 l/m2. During Tuesday (April 11), the wind will intensify with speeds of 55…70 km/h.
On Tuesday, there will be temporary wind intensifications in the south of Moldova and locally in Muntenia, with gusts of 45…55 km/h in general, and at altitudes of over 1700 m in the Southern Carpathians and Curbura there will be speeds of 70. ..80 km/h.
The yellow code warning of quantitatively significant rains and wind intensifications comes into effect on Tuesday morning at 6:00 a.m. and will be valid until Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
