“All the ministries have sent the budget expenditure reduction plans. At the level of the Government, the integration of these plans has begun to prepare the decision-making process”, reports the spokesperson of the Executive, Dan Cărbunaru.
He states that at the next Government meeting, the reduction package requested by Prime Minister Nicolae Ciucă will be analyzed.

The Minister of Finance, Adrian Câciu, said on Tuesday that “the hole in the budget is by no means 20 billion lei”. He states that the slowdown in revenue collection amounts to 4.7 billion lei compared to the schedule.
