A Saudi Arabian Airlines plane at Sudan’s Khartoum airport was attacked on Saturday during clashes, the state-owned company said, cited by Reuters.
It stated that it had moved its passengers, crew and staff from the airport to the Saudi embassy in the capital Khartoum and that it had suspended flights to and from Sudan until further notice.
Clashes broke out between the Sudanese army and the RSF paramilitary group on Saturday, with gunfire heard in several areas of Khartoum and witnesses reporting gunfire in neighboring towns.
