Divers have recovered the wreckage of a missing military helicopter, along with the bodies of 5 of the 10 people on board, off the coast of Japan.

The UH60 helicopter, known as the Black Hawk, disappeared from radar near Miyako Island last Thursday. He was supervising the area when he disappeared. The helicopter was used by the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (GSDF).
During the search and rescue operation, debris believed to be parts of the helicopter was spotted.
The Japanese news agency Kyodo News reports that the bodies were discovered by a diver at the bottom of the ocean.
The exact cause of the crash is not known, but it is believed to be accidental.
A senior commander of the Ground Self-Defense Forces, Lieutenant General Yuichi Sakamoto, was among those on the plane.
