On Tuesday, Klaus Iohannis is scheduled to visit the Memorial Museum dedicated to President Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira, the founder of the city of Brasilia, and at 18.00, Romanian time, he will be received by the President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. The two heads of state will have official talks and will hold joint press statements, the Presidential Administration announces.
On Wednesday, Iohannis has scheduled meetings with the vice-governor of the state of Rio de Janeiro, Thiago Pampolha Gonçalves, as well as with the vice-mayor of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Nilton Caldeira. Also, the head of state will lay a wreath at the National Monument of Heroes Fallen during the Second World War in Rio de Janeiro.
President Klaus Iohannis is making, between April 18-26, 2023, official visits to the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Republic of Chile and the Republic of Argentina.
