For 2023, Rompetrol Rafinare (stock symbol RRC), a member company of the KMG International group and the owner of the Petromidia Năvodari and Vega Ploiesti refineries, has budgeted a net profit of 102.45 million dollars, an increase of 13.46% compared to last year, it emerges from the income and expenditure budget that is to be submitted to the shareholders’ vote.
The most profitable quarter this year would be Q2, with 44.2 million dollars net result, while for the last three months of 2023 Rompetrol Rafinare anticipates a loss of 16.5 million lei.
By comparison, in 2021 the company with 2.2 billion lei capitalization had a net loss of 867 million lei.
Also from the BVC on the agenda of this month’s general meeting of shareholders, a net turnover of 4.57 million dollars emerges, with 15.4% below last year’s level of 5.4 billion dollars.
