The Infotraffic Center announced on Thursday morning that traffic was stopped due to falling stones from the slopes on DN 7CC, at kilometer 3, on the Călimăneşti belt, in Vâlcea county.
Traffic is diverted through the interior of Călimăneşti, on DN 7, the authorities explained.
Road experts claim that not many stones fell. The restriction was taken to prevent incidents. The authorities are installing concrete parapets and then they will make a decision regarding the movement of cars.
