According to the FRF, the two semi-finals, which will be played in one leg, are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday, April 26 and 27, respectively.
Sepsi OSK – CFR Cluj will be played on Wednesday from 19:00.

According to the same source, CFR Cluj returned to a semifinal of the Romanian Cup for the first time since 2019. Then, Transylvania were eliminated by Astra, 1-3 and 2-2. CFR Cluj won the Cup 4 times, the last time in 2016.
The second semi-final, U Cluj – UTA Arad, is scheduled for Thursday at 19:00.
