“According to preliminary information, one residential building was completely destroyed, and two other houses were partially destroyed,” said Governor Alexander Bogomaz.
He specified that two civilians were killed.
Ukraine almost never publicly claims responsibility for attacks from inside Russia and from Russian-controlled territory in Ukraine.
Both sides deny targeting civilians in Russia’s 14-month-old invasion of Ukraine.
