According to IPJ Constanța, police officers from the Organized Crime Brigade detected, in the premises of a festival in the resort of Mamaia, two men, a Briton and a Slovak, while they allegedly offered high-risk and high-risk drugs for sale.
Various quantities of ketamine, cocaine, as well as MDMA (ecstasy) tablets were discovered on the two.
DIICOT Constanta prosecutors detained the two men.
Later, they were presented to the judge of rights and freedoms of the Constanţa Court with a proposal for preventive arrest for 30 days, the proposal being accepted.
