According to ISU Prahova, a 59-year-old man suffered 3rd and 4th degree burns on approximately 65% of his body surface, and another 55-year-old man suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on approximately 15% of his body. They were transported to the hospital.
The third victim suffered a trauma to his left leg and refused to be transported to the hospital.
The victims were the result of a fire, ISU Prahova reported.
“This afternoon, an event took place in the premises of an economic operator on the Brazi district, which, initially, did not require the intervention of professional services for emergency situations. The event was managed by the specialized staff of the economic operator. Later, we were requested to provide emergency medical assistance to some people involved in the event. For the operative management of the event, a mobile intensive care unit SMURD U-TIM and two SAJ ambulances were allocated”, stated the firefighters from Prahova.
According to them, the SMURD helicopter was also requested on the spot.
