There is an increased interest in the market for internship programs and entry-level jobs in digital marketing , software engineering, PR, HR and audit.
“Looking carefully at the analysis of the most wanted jobs in 2023 on Hipo.ro, the positions in the IT industry are on the first 4 places, which does not surprise us. At the moment there is a generous offer of jobs in the area of technology, without being sufficiently covered by the labor force. We observe an imbalance between demand and supply”, declares Dragoş Gheban, Managing Partner of the portal.
The most applications from candidates, between January and April 2023, were registered for the jobs Digital Marketing Internship, Software Engineer – Starter program, Web Developer – entry level, Software Developer – Internship, PR/Marketing Assistant, Junior Java Developer , Junior QA Engineer, Junior Marketing Specialist, Junior HR Assistant and Internship Audit.
Regarding the criteria on the basis of which employers recruit in 2023, almost half of them (46.7%) claim that the involvement of young people in internship programs is a real advantage for employment. To the same extent, the previous experiences of young people through entry-level jobs are also appreciated. However, the benefit of internship programs is the flexibility that helps students continue their studies.
