The Senate wants to buy two large monitors worth over 800,000 lei

The Senate launched an electronic tender in SEAP for two monitors that will be placed in the plenary hall, on the wall behind the existing podium, to the left and right of the presidium.

The estimated total value is 810084.03 lei. The deadline for receiving offers or requests to participate is May 30.

“The general objective of the procedure is to acquire two pieces composed of: Video display system, Video retrieval and distribution system, Video calibration system, Accessories. The purpose of the purchase is
design and provision of materials, equipment, supplies, installation works, commissioning and personal training. Implementation will be considered in the dedicated space, located in the institution’s headquarters, and in its immediate vicinity will be located all the equipment for ensuring the external facilities of the system, as appropriate”, according to the specification, consulted by MEDIAFAX.

According to the document, the videowall equipment will be located in the Plenary Hall of the Senate and will be necessarily interconnected with the existing systems of the hall, as well as with other systems provided by third-party beneficiaries.

The dimensions of the video wall must be at least 4.2 meters wide x 2.36 meters high.

“Product delivery , configuration and commissioning, personal training, will be provided by the supplier during the period 01.07.2023 – 20.08.2023 (parliamentary vacation period). (…) The final reception of it will be done in the presence of the reception committee, the technical staff responsible for the use of the equipment, as well as the supplier’s representatives, until 20.08.2023 at the latest”, the specification also states.
