The Kiev army maintains that Putin will not allow the Wagner group to withdraw from the positions occupied in Bahmut.

Ukraine does not believe in the withdrawal of the Wagner Group. What the mercenaries lack, in fact, is not ammunition
The Ukrainian army is skeptical of PMC Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin’s statement that the mercenaries will withdraw from Bahmut on May 10.
“The Wagners simply will not be allowed to leave the city, because Prigozhin does not decide anything here, all Wagner’s actions are personally ordered by the Russian dictator Vladimir Putin,” said Serhi Cherevati, the spokesman of the Eastern Group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in a comment for Ukrainska Pravda.
“Prigojin is also lying about the lack of bullets”, he added, stating that “the Wagners are suffering huge losses due to the successful actions of the Ukrainian Defense Forces”, and the mercenaries “have a lot of ammunition: only in the last 24 hours they hit the positions of the Ukrainian troops 520 times”,
“What Prigojin and his followers really lack are people, because the prisoners no longer go to the front,” concludes the official.
