In relation to the public gatherings in the area of the Palace of Parliament, the General Directorate of Gendarmerie of the Municipality of Bucharest specifies that it issued 45 fines totaling 50,700 lei.
43 fines, totaling 50,000 lei, were issued in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 60 of 1991 regarding the organization and conduct of public meetings, with subsequent amendments and additions.
Two fines totaling 700 lei were imposed in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 61 of 1991 for the sanctioning of acts of violation of some norms of social coexistence, public order and tranquility, with subsequent amendments and additions.
The Gendarmerie specifies that checks are still being made to identify other people who have committed violations.
