The police officers of the Ilfov Road Service continue, on Thursday, the investigations into a criminal file registered during 2022, under the aspect of committing the crimes of intellectual forgery and abuse of office.
Procedural activities are taking place regarding the criminal activity regarding the false issuance of medical records, necessary for the exchange of driver’s licenses, which would have been carried out by the employees of a medical clinic.
In the file opened in 2022, the beneficiaries of the medical records would not have presented themselves at the respective clinics and would not have been examined, in accordance with the republished GEO 195/2002.
On March 2, under the coordination of the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Buftea Court, within the same criminal case, the police officers of the Road Service, together with criminalists and police officers from the economic department, carried out 5 searches at 5 locations in Bucharest, and following the evidence administered detained 4 people, under the aspect of committing the crimes of intellectual forgery and abuse of office. Also, on March 9, the traffic police detained two people, under the aspect of committing the crime of complicity in intellectual forgery and abuse of office. Then, on March 23, the 10 detained persons, together with two other persons, for whom the measure of detention was not ordered, were presented to the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the Buftea Court, which ordered the measure of judicial control against them.
