Uber will soon allow customers to book plane tickets directly through its app.
Uber will launch an in-app flight booking feature in the UK
The new feature from online travel agency Hopper will roll out to UK users this summer.
Customers can enter their destination and travel dates, select the flights they want, and then pay directly in the Uber app. The company said users will also be able to choose their seats in the app for flights with major carriers.
UK users can already book cars, buses, trains and boat transport through the app.
Uber would not say whether the program would launch in the US.
