ISU Neamţ announced that on Saturday around 11:00 p.m. it was informed by SGA Neamţ that a change in the color of the water (brick) was observed on the Bistrita river, specific to mine water pollution.
The authorities sent a Ro-Alert information message to the citizens of Borca, Farcaşa and Poiana Teiului communes.
