Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko speaks in a low and tired voice and wears a bandage on his right hand, it appears from a video broadcast yesterday, May 15, by the Belarusian press, as pointed out by Ukrainska Pravda.
The video, broadcast by the pro-government Telegram channel Pul Pervogo, was recorded on the occasion of Lukashenko’s visit to the air defense command, being the first public appearance after the rumors about his possible illness.
Rushing back to Minsk after the victory parade in Moscow on May 9, Lukashenko has not appeared in public since, skipping a major ceremony in Minsk yesterday.
