“We finance private investments! For sustainable development! From my point of view, the allocations for economic measures aimed at private investments must be at least equivalent to the amounts allocated for public investments. I am glad that we managed to finance another important investment in the Romanian economy, especially in the generic medicine production sector, announcing that a financing agreement was signed with Antibiotice Iași for a new production and logistics capacity that will ensure the manufacture of new valuable generic drugs, by approaching new pharmaceutical forms, namely sterile injectable solutions and sterile topical products”, wrote Adrian Câciu on Facebook.
According to him, the new investment will be made with a substantial financial support given by the Ministry of Finance.
“Only in this way can we concretely contribute to the increase of the added value in the national economy through such investments in high-quality businesses and Romanian brands, which not only increase our productivity, but also our competitiveness on regional markets. The investment of Antibiotice SA amounts to 200 million lei, of which the state aid is 85 million lei”, added the minister.
According to him, also this week, the takeover by the Romanian state, through CEC Bank, of the Rural Credit Guarantee Fund, a provider of guarantees and financing in the field of agriculture and the food industry, was initialed, “an action that completes another objective of the mandate, namely that the Ministry of Finance owns all three guarantee and counter-guarantee funds (FNGCIMM, FGCR and FRC) which, together with the two large state banks and the other actors in the banking system, ensure the massive financing of the Romanian economy through dedicated programs that to ensure sustainable, diversified and sustainable development”.
