The President of Serbia, Aleksandr Vucici, ordered, on Friday, the placing of the military forces on the highest combat alert level, in the context of the inter-ethnic violence produced in the north of Kosovo.
President Aleksandr Vucici, the supreme commander of the Serbian armed forces, issued an order activating the highest level of combat alert and called for the movement of military forces near the border between Serbia and Kosovo.
The Serbian Minister of Defense, Milos Vucevici, confirmed the issuance of the special order, justifying the action by the fact that the situation in Kosovo is “dramatic”, according to the Tanjug press agency.
