The facelifted compact hatchback arrived at the domestic configurator. The entry level version now has great equipment.
Not long after its premiere, the modernized 208 is officially on the Czech market. When the current model went on sale four years ago, the basis was a significantly trimmed version of the Like for 295,000 CZK, offered exclusively with the naturally aspirated 1.2 PureTech with a power of 55 kW. You won’t find it in the price list now, the entry model is the Active equipment with 1.2 PureTech 75 and 55 kW.
The basic Active version is equipped with six airbags, cruise control and speed limiter, Safety package with lane departure warning or active emergency braking, front LED headlights, color 10″ touch screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android auto, manual air conditioning, all windows and mirrors in electric, Look Active package and 16″ steel wheels. All this for 375,000 CZK.
The Active line is available with a wide range of engines – in addition to the already mentioned PureTech 75, the 100 version with a power of 75 kW is also available, as well as the new Hybrid 100 with 75 kW, in which the combustion unit is supported by a 21 kW electric motor. You will pay 490,000 CZK for this. The electric version of the e-208 starts with the Active equipment at 840,000 CZK.
The mid-range Allure adds front and rear parking sensors, a 10″ digital instrument panel, automatic air conditioning, an armrest, better Peugeot i-Connect infotainment or perhaps 16″ alloy wheels. It is available from 450,000 CZK with the PureTech 100 engine, and tracks such as Hybrid 100 and e-208.
The top-of-the-range GT is only for the electrified Hybrid 100 and Hybrid 130 (100 kW) and e-208 versions. To what the Allure has, it adds full LED headlights, the VisioPark 1 package with a parking camera, hands-free access, the LED Ambiance package, upholstery with green stitching, an induction phone charger, aluminum pedals or, for example, 17″ alloy wheels. With the weaker of the hybrids, you will pay CZK 575,000 for it.

For the sake of interest, we tried the maximum possible configuration with GT equipment and in electric version. The base price for this version is CZK 920,000, but if you add everything you can in the configurator (online 3D navigation, panoramic window, towing device, Vision and Drive Assist Plus packages, Black Diamond roof plus paint), you can easily get to 1,058. 000 CZK.
