Do you want to travel with your family in style? Looking at MPVs and the biggest SUVs from above? There is a solution…
We came across a very curious used car on the online Facebook Marketplace. It is a 2017 Peterbilt Bolt Ultra tractor that has been rebuilt for “civilian” use in the style of the most luxurious MPVs and SUVs.
Inside, you’ll find seven seats including massage seats in the front, two captain’s chairs in the second row, a folding bench that can be used to sleep on, a TV and air conditioning for the rear of the cabin. The crew compartment has air suspension, as does the dual-mount rear axle.
Practicality is solved with eight boxes in the cabin, or you can hitch a good load weighing over 13 tons. The drive is provided by a turbocharged Paccar MX-13 six-cylinder engine with a volume of 12.9 liters and an output of 362 kW (492 hp), connected to a ten-speed Eaton Ultrashift+ automatic transmission.
The car has about 32k miles on it, which is about 51.5k kilometers – nothing really for a tractor. However, the price is considerable – 349,900 dollars, that is, roughly eight million crowns. If you are interested, the vehicle is located in Paducah, Kentucky.
