Ken Block was a successful and well-rounded guy – a smart businessman, a talented rally driver, an adventurer, a loving dad and above all a great showman and a great driver, who was made famous by internet videos of long skids full of smoke from burnt tires. They are known under the name Gymkhana.
A new Gymkhana will premiere in December. And it will be a milkshake, because it will be the last episode with Ken Block.
It will be compiled from footage that the American shot at the end of last year, just a few weeks before his death. In addition to Block, it will also feature an electric Audi S1 Hoonitron equipped with two electric motors and a huge portion of power.
The Audi S1 Hoonitron has already played a major role in Gymkhana once, in an episode called Electrikhana. In December, we are expecting Electrikhana TWO, i.e. “two”.
And what will happen in the last Gymkhana with Ken Block? That’s what a trailer that appeared on Hoonigan’s YouTube channel suggests. Ken went to the Mexican capital of Ciudad de México with an electric Audi and we can expect interesting places, lots of skids, smoke and imaginative stunts. And since it will be a farewell at the same time, it will certainly be a milkshake…
