The Google Company updated its AI chatbot Barda, so users can have deeper and more meaningful conversations with him about YouTube videos. The company announced that it has expanded Bard’s capabilities on YouTube so that it can perform generative AI when activated understand the selected video content. Google said that, for example, you’ll be able to ask Bard how many eggs were used in a pie recipe video. You’ll probably be able to ask him, for example, also the names of specific tools in DIY videos. For food reviews, Bard might be able to tell you where certain restaurants are located that are talked about in videos, or where a particular dish comes from.
Bard first gained the ability to pull data from YouTube in September after an update that integrates it with other Google products. However, he could not analyze the content of the video and could not answer detailed questions about it. That is slowly changing now.
Google said it made the latest update because it was trying listen to user requests, who wanted deeper AI involvement in YouTube videos.
