The M division of the BMW car company released a rather short but pleasant Christmas release on its YouTube channel.

Next year, probably right from the start, we are expecting the official presentation of a practical station wagon variant of the new BMW 5 Series. By the way, this currently has a chance to become the Czech Car of the Year 2024. But we have known for some time that the sharp M5 Touring variant will also arrive, which will complement the classic sedan and will want to build on the success of the smaller M3 Touring, which basically became a legend while still alive.

TEST BMW iX1 xDrive30 (230 kW): Finally electric for almost everyone?

Division M brings us closer to the upcoming premiere with a Christmas video, which, although short, will somehow warm you up. We are more interested in how it will be with the drive. It is known that the M5 models will have a hybrid drive, most likely taken from the BMW XM. We can consider this to some extent a test mule for powering the new M5s, as customers will be very demanding with them, as always.

We don’t have any specific numbers yet, just the ones we know from XM. We know that the twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter eight-cylinder with the help of electricity can produce well over seven hundred horses. However, let’s wait until next year for more information. But it’s only been a few days.
