If for some reason you want a Mercedes-Benz G-Class as a convertible, just call Germany. It’s just like an AMG.

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class also existed as a convertible. Every now and then a piece pops up on the streets and it’s always a very strange sight. However, this piece of automotive engineering has so far lacked a full-bodied AMG version. But what did not happen, the German dealer and car modifier Refined Marques will fulfill the dream of twenty of those who wanted such a car.

Mercedes in Stuttgart exhibits its first car that drove over 200 km/h already in 1909

In the workshop, they turned the current generation of the model into a convertible version, even with suicide doors. Under the hood of the car, you will find a twice-turbocharged eight-cylinder, which has a power of 585 hp and a maximum torque of up to 850 Nm. The last open Géčko made by Mercedes was the G500 Cabriolet Final Edition 200 ten years ago with an atmospheric eight-cylinder.

As already said, only twenty of these new ones will be created. A car in which we are sure to see some famous wrestlers and supermodels, but it is not from the cheap region. While the classic G class today costs five million crowns, this one will cost 1.2 million euros, i.e. 29,638,260 CZK at the current exchange rate.
