Razer introduced two new Blade laptopswhich it will officially launch next week at CES 2024. The company informed that the new Razer Blade 16 has first 16-inch 240Hz OLED panel in the world and upgraded Razer Blade 18 will offer 18-inch 4K 165Hz. It hasn’t released prices or full specifications yet, but we’ll see those soon.

The new Razer Blade 16 can boast improved display of last year’s model. The company said the OLED panel in the 2024 version was co-developed with Samsung Display. Apart from resolution QHD+ a refresh rate 240 Hz has response time 0.2 ms and is certified to the standard VESA ClearMR 11000. The panel has 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and its black level will impress with certification VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500.

The Blade 18 model got QHD and 240Hz resolution from last year 4K resolution with a frequency of 165Hz. It has response time 3 ms with support Nvidia G-Sync and covers 100% DCI-P3 color space.

Although Razer is waiting to reveal the full specs until Monday’s official unveiling at CES 2024, it added that both laptops offer high quality CNC aluminum construction and do they have aspect ratio 16:10, up to 89% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-thin bezels. Both Razer Blade models boast that too certification Calman Verified and color accuracy certification. They are also individually calibrated at the factory.
